Terms of Service
Welcome to AdsReport. By using the platform, you agree to the terms detailed below. Please read them carefully before getting started.
1. The Service
AdsReport is a SaaS platform that enables digital marketing agencies and freelancers to connect Facebook and Instagram ad accounts, import performance data, and generate branded PDF reports for their clients.
The platform is operated by Hadar Digital and is intended for business use.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must register with accurate and truthful information
- One account per person — do not create multiple accounts
- You are responsible for all activity by anyone using your account
- Use of the Facebook Ads API is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and not sharing account access with unauthorized parties. Notify us immediately of any suspicious use of your account at support@adsreport.xyz.
4. Plans & Billing
Subscription Plans
AdsReport offers monthly and annual paid plans. Current plan details are shown on the pricing page.
Billing
- Payment is collected in advance at the start of each billing period
- All payments are processed through Stripe
- Prices include VAT where applicable under Israeli law
- We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days advance notice
Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel at any time — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are issued for billing periods already paid
- A free plan (if available) requires no payment and can be cancelled immediately
5. Permitted Use
You may use the platform to:
- Generate reports for ad accounts you manage on behalf of clients
- Share reports with clients via public links
- Customize report branding to match your brand identity
6. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the service to publish false, misleading, or unlawful information
- Access ad accounts without explicit authorization from the account owner
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our servers
- Copy, replicate, or resell the platform in any form
- Remove AdsReport trademarks, names, or logos without written permission
7. Intellectual Property
Ours
AdsReport, the platform design, logo, code, report templates, and interface content are the exclusive property of Hadar Digital and are protected by copyright.
Yours
The data you import (campaign data), your branding assets (logo, colors), and the reports you generate — belong to you. We make no ownership claims over them.
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We will not be liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "AS IS". Hadar Digital will not be liable for indirect, consequential, lost revenue, or lost data damages arising from use of — or inability to use — the platform.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event in question.
10. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue platform features at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance. Full service discontinuation will be announced 60 days in advance with the option to export your data.
11. Termination
By you
You may close your account at any time from the profile page. After closure, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
By us
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with as much advance notice as possible. Serious infrastructure abuse or fraud may result in immediate suspension.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv district.
13. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will email you at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
