1. Who We Are
AdsReport is a SaaS platform that enables digital advertising agencies and freelancers to create branded reports from Facebook and Instagram ad data. The platform is operated by Hadar Digital.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Full name and email address upon registration
- Google account details if you choose to sign in with Google OAuth
- Branding settings (logo, colors, business name) that you upload to the platform
Automatically collected information
- Advertising data from the Facebook Ads API, only after your explicit authorization
- IP address and browser identifier for counting views on the public reports you create
- Service usage data for product improvement (non-personally identifiable)
Payment information
Credit card details are processed directly by Stripe and do not pass through our servers. We only store the subscription ID and your current plan type.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Generating branded PDF reports from your advertising data
- Sending notifications and updates related to your account
- Processing payments and managing subscriptions through Stripe
- Counting views (unique and returning) on public reports you create
- Improving and developing the platform
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We use the following service providers to operate the platform:

- Data is stored on Supabase servers in Europe (EU-West)
- All communications are encrypted using TLS 1.3
- Data access is restricted to authorized personnel only
6. Your Rights
- Access all information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export the reports you have created
7. Cookies
We use session cookies only for managing login sessions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
